Refunds & Return All sales are final, however if you receive wrong sized or misprinted apparel, you deserve a full refund! All you have to do is, just show us the proof! 🙂
How Refunds Work:
- Refunds are allowed within 7 days after receiving your order for any apparel shipped to you misprinted or defective. Returns on used/ worn items are not accepted; returns are not accepted for ordering the wrong size. (It's important to know that most items are made to order just for you when you place your order).
- Send a refund request to email@example.com where a representative will assist you as soon as possible.
- To be approved for a refund or exchange, you must send a picture of the misprinted or wrong sized item and receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- After receiving your photo, we will check to see if it meets the return requirements and then give you the "Ok"(depending if the return requirements are met ) to ship the defective item/ items back to 11025 Westlake Dr, Charlotte, NC 28273.
- After we receive your misprinted or wrong mailed sized item/items, we will refund you, and you will receive an email notification.
- You will receive a refund back within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies and be notified immediately.
